The opportunity:

Our Development team have an opening for a Project Marketing Coordinator with a property background to our Marketing team based in our Rhodes office. Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, the Project Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the administration of planning and execution of marketing activities across our NSW Projects.

This role is commencing as a 12 month parental leave contract. With plenty of growth across the team and new project initiatives and transformation objectives, for the successful candidate this role will offer plenty of professional development opportunities along the way.

As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all media, sales and marketing material is of high quality
  • Monitoring lead volumes and conversions, and providing monthly reports on enquiries/activity
  • Supporting the Project Marketing Manager in developing and executing campaigns
  • Managing project websites and social media platforms, and listings websites
  • Coordinating EDM messaging and communications
  • Assisting with media, sales and marketing materials, and with sales releases
  • Coordinating CRM reporting, list extraction and administration
  • Monitoring marketing plans and creating a high-quality image for each project
  • Ensuring accuracy of advertising and their timely placement
  • Ensuring POS, merchandising material and sales support material is accurate and uploaded in a timely manner
  • Regularly visit sales offices, and attend sales and marketing meetings

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in property development or real estate) with digital marketing and social media
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM
  • Advanced written communication skills including copywriting and editing
  • Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work in a team, and autonomously
  • A current drive licence and car for site visits
