The opportunity:
Our thriving Industrial division has a newly created opportunity for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join us due to ongoing growth across the business. Reporting to the General Manager Finance, you will play a strategic role to enhance and evolve the finance process within the Asset Management team and act as a genuine business partner to provide sound financial advice and strategy to drive informed decision making.
This role will include leading and coaching a team as well as providing strategic thought leadership to the broader team, and role modelling Frasers Industrial values and behaviours.
As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:
- Finance business partnering across the Asset Management business and stakeholders across the broader business, proactively providing advice and expertise
- Providing assistance to management in developing financial strategy and execution of strategy
- Budgeting, forecasting and Planning including establishing financial forecasts and targets.
- Contribute to capital management initiatives, identification and recommendation of opportunity to improve returns, sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Support transactional deliverables (leasing, acquisitions, disposals) including financial modelling, credit assessments, accounting, tax and funding
- Accounting, reporting and Analysis including delivery of insightful reporting on key business metrics and making recommendations to drive decision making
- Lead delivery of month end and external audit process
- Valuation and Portfolio Management, reporting on valuations and performance
development of a high performing team
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, economics, finance / accounting
- CPA / CA or equivalent qualification
- Advanced financial analytical skills with experience gained in property sector, preferably with exposure to Industrial development and Asset Management
- Analytical with a high attention to detail, strong problem-solving capability and an ability to succinctly communicate key messages and insights from large amounts of data
- Passion for Property and a curiosity to understand, challenge and improve business performance
- High levels of interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
